Project Overview

Moriah College has embarked on a master planning process with the New South Wales State Government to address the school’s educational needs for the next 15 years.

Moriah College is seeking to upgrade:

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) facilities

Independent Learning Centre (ILC) facilities for High School students
Early Learning Centre (ELC) facilities.

The primary objective of the application is to obtain approval to build modern, high quality and flexible spaces that are needed for 21st century learning methods.

This proposal enables Moriah College to grow sustainably over time. The school currently has capacity for 1,680 students and is seeking an increase of 17% across Early Learning through to Year 12, with a 15-year staged approach to enrolment.

A State Significant Development Application (SSDA) was lodged in October 2019. The application is on public exhibition from 21 November 2019 - 18 December 2019.
